Privacy Policy

Khyber Computers POS is a commercial retail utility designed for daily computer composing, laser printing, photocopying, document scanning, and bill tracking. We only process information strictly required to run your daily counter operations:

• Sales & Income Transactions: Service names (Urdu/English Composing, Laser Printing, Color Printing, Photocopy / Xerox, Online Jobs & Admissions), quantity of pages/forms, unit pricing, total amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), transaction timestamps, payment methods (Cash, Online, Ledger), and optional customer pickup reference notes.
• Expense Records: Categorized business operational costs (Paper Reams, Toner & Cartridges, Electricity, Shop Maintenance, Staff Refreshments), amounts in PKR, and expense tags.
• Administrative User Accounts: Operator username, full name, email address, salted password hashes, and user roles (Admin vs. Staff Counter Operator) to maintain auditable operational logs.
• Shop Configuration Settings: Shop display name, header/footer messages for thermal printed receipts, owner contact details, and currency symbol preferences (default: Rs. / PKR).

Khyber Computers POS functions as an internal business accounting ledger and physical counter register. We do NOT process, store, or transmit credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVV codes, bank login credentials, or external payment tokens.

All financial entries represent on-premises cash calculations or shop ledger balances entered by authorized counter operators.

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your business records:

• TLS/SSL 256-bit Encryption: All data transmitted between client devices (web browsers, mobile phones, and Android tablets) and the cloud server is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
• Centralized Database Security: Backend data is stored in our secured Hostinger MySQL database protected by firewall access lists, input sanitization, and parameterized SQL queries to prevent SQL injection vulnerabilities.
• Local Offline Cache: On Android devices, offline transactions are saved in a protected local application sandbox and synchronized to the live database once counter internet connectivity is restored.
• Authentication Security: Operator passwords are cryptographically hashed and never stored in plain text.

When printing receipts for shop customers:

• Thermal receipts display only the itemized services, quantity, and total charge in PKR.
• Customer names are optional and used solely for counter order pickup.
• No private or personal customer contact information is printed or shared externally.

We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, trade, or share your financial data, sales volumes, profit margins, or shop customer details with any third-party advertisers, data aggregators, or marketing networks.

Your financial figures belong exclusively to your enterprise.

Our official Android application package (composing.khybercomputers.online) operates with minimal required permissions:

• Internet Access (android.permission.INTERNET): Strictly required to communicate with our central Hostinger REST API for daily synchronization.
• Network State (android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to detect network availability and seamlessly switch between live cloud sync and local offline caching.
• No Invasive Permissions: We do NOT access phone contacts, device camera, microphone, GPS location, or external files.

Financial records are retained for commercial bookkeeping and tax auditing purposes. Shop administrators retain the right to:

• Export all transaction logs to CSV and spreadsheet format at any time.
• Request permanent database deletion or account removal by contacting administrative support.
